Hi, I’m Wen — a NYC-based colorist passionate about uncovering the emotional essence of every story and shaping it through color. With a background in color engineering and cinematography, I bring a unique balance of creative intuition and technical precision to every project.

Before stepping into the grading suite, I studied film production at the Rochester Institute of Technology and later worked at Technicolor as an imaging engineer. This foundation allows me not only to craft beautiful imagery but also to dive deep into the perceptual and scientific aspects of color.

My experience as a DP gives me a holistic perspective on storytelling and helps me approach each shot with both empathy and structure. Whether I'm grading cinematic features, commercials, or experimental pieces, I approach every frame as a chance to solve problems creatively and bring visual ideas to life.
